Welcome to Popsicle Pixels! We specialize in artistic prints and offer options for printing and framing. By shopping with us, you agree to the following policies designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Products

  • All prints are original designs created by Popsicle Pixels.

  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing processes.

  • Framing options are available at an additional cost and will be clearly indicated at checkout.

Orders

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

  • Custom requests (e.g., size adjustments or special framing) must be communicated before payment.

  • We reserve the right to decline custom requests that fall outside our capabilities.

Payment Methods

Credit / Debit Cards

Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery is available nationwide in South Africa. International shipping can be arranged upon request.

  • Standard delivery times: 5–7 business days for prints, 7–10 business days for framed prints.

  • Tracking details will be provided once your order is dispatched.

  • Popsicle Pixels is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs.

Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the custom nature of prints and frames, returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items.

  • Claims for damage must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after approval.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if production has started.

Intellectual Property

All designs are the property of Popsicle Pixels and may not be reproduced or resold without permission.
